This section explains the chuck bracket (arm) in the part drawing of the P&P mechanism component.

[Fig.1] Overall view of automation transfer device and chuck bracket

- The log arm attached to the XY table (see [Fig.1]) is composed of two plates for lighter weight and is assembled to the beam structure, which increases its rigidity.

- Two plates are connected by welding. Add notes on the drawing for instructions on the manufacturing method (see [Fig.2]).
Example: Note 1) Welded construction with smooth surface finish

- The two plates are made of ferrous metal SS400 to allow welding.

- The drawing includes instructions on the surface treatment for rust-proofing and a better appearance.
Example: Kanigen

- Add notes for instructions on the manufacturing method for the chamfering finish on the outer circumference as well (see [Fig.2]).
Example: Note 2) C0.3 chamfering on each edge without remarks
