(2) Linear motion unit (Fore/Aft) construction example
For fore/aft positioning, position adjustments may be required in order to make it compatible for multiple setups. Here, mechanism examples of easy to adjust fore/aft direction positioning are introduced.
(a) Multi-setup compatible manual linear motion unit
For the position adjustment mechanism of a linear motion actuator that has moving locating blocks, an adjustment mechanism with a stopper adjustment screw is used.
(b) Multi-setup compatibility of locating carrier
For position adjustments of carriers and fixtures that do not have positioning actuators, the locating blocks are directly position adjusted by using adjusting bolts.
